Peach Cake
- 2-3 cups peaches (or berries)
- 1 stick of Butter
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 cup milk
- pinch of salt�
Peel and slice peaches, then mix with 1/2 cup of sugar. Melt the stick of butter in a 7 x 11'' or 8 x 8'' baking dish. Stir the remaining sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, and milk together in large bowl. Pour over the melted butter and spoon the fruit on top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 45 min - 1 hour.
